As Shakespeare so well noted in his classic tragedy on family greed and corruption in the play Hamlet, "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark", upon learning that his uncle, who had married his mother had previously killed his father to make the marriage possible. They have killed democracy to make this marriage of corruption and convenience against the orphans of this system. The tragedy of Hamlet is occurring daily across the stages of Local One. The dilemma, for the orphan members, to avenge the negligence and abuse heaped upon us by our orphan fathers. We are in fact all the Kings men, and we will regain this throne and title.
WE ARE HOSTING BL1 UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE ORIGIONAL EDITORS WANT TO RESUME .

WE ARE OPEN

We are repeating comments published on the BL1 website by the Magnificent Seven.

The Cohen Brothers were illegally and in violation of their civil rights found guilty of starting the BL1 website even though Labor Law in support of the US Constitution allows public discussion of union business in or out of a union meeting hall, and in public domain to maintain union democracy.

The Cohens appealed their illegal conviction of their trial to the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees.

Former President Short guiltily and illegally maintained their illegal conviction even though their conviction in fact violated labor law and their constitutional rights.

Rights that were upheld all the way to the United States Supreme Court.

We will maintain this website until such time as the Cohen Brothers Rights are upheld and their convictionions overturned.

The Landrum-Griffin Act fully supports the US Constitution in allowing all members of labor unions free speech in a public forum.

Our publishing here in accordance with our rights to free speech in a labor context in a public domain is fully supported by the Landrum-Griffin Act which is the Labor union Bill of Rights.
