The Landrum-Griffin Act fully supports the US Constitution in allowing all members of labor unions free speech in a public forum.
Our publishing here in accordance with our rights to free speech in a labor context in a public domain is fully supported by the Landrum-Griffin Act which is the Labor union Bill of Rights.
